We operate an online lead-generation and homeowner inquiry platform. We are not a window manufacturer, installer, contractor, government agency, utility, rebate administrator or financing provider.

• Information you provide: name, email address, telephone number, property address or postal code, property type, ownership status, project details (number of windows, window types, timeline, decision-maker status) and any message content you send us.
• Consent records: the consent checkboxes you selected, the wording shown to you, and the date and time of submission.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and campaign parameters (such as UTM values) where present.

• To review and process your request for information.
• To connect you with one or more participating window contractors or service providers where coverage may be available.
• To respond to questions, support requests and privacy inquiries.
• To maintain records of consent, to detect fraud or misuse, and to improve the website.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of majority in their province of residence.
